Athlone customer office closed for necessary maintenance

06 March 2026

The City’s Athlone Customer Interaction Centre will be closed for approximately a week from Monday, 9 March 2026, for maintenance. Residents are encouraged to make use of other nearby offices and the City’s convenient online booking and payment options over this period. If in doubt, please phone ahead to check whether an office is open.

‘The City thanks our residents for their patience during this time while we conduct necessary repairs and upgrades. We encourage residents to visit another office in the area or to make use of our convenient online payment options. The City regrets any inconvenience caused,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Finance, Councillor Siseko Mbandezi.
